Completing Your Lasting Power Of Attorney Is A Doddle!

As I spend my time nagging all my clients to undertake LPAs I decided to sort one out for Sarah and myself. I went onto the government website HERE.

I acquired two financial LPAs filled in together with the registration paid for (£110 each on the credit card) and printed off in 20 minutes. Agreed I have some prior knowledge of these forms but even I was amazed how easy it was to get these essential documents done.

I used my long term next door neighbour for my Certificate Provider, however if anyone is stuck for this then I have the qualifications to oblige.

The signing process took another 10 minutes and the forms are now with the OPG to be registered. I shall let everyone know how long it takes.
